Improving Employee Branding at H&M

H&M asked us to conduct research into employee happiness and internal branding. We explored the experiences of employee career and development paths within the walls of this global fashion powerhouse's corporate headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

We conducted 14 randomized and anonymous, in-depth interviews as well as facilitated workshops to distill deeper insights into the pain and gain points for employees at the company. 

As the lead researcher & strategist on this project:
